For obtaining a rental property, we conduct identity and credit checks. These checks are intended to protect both tenants and landlords from fraud and misuse. We process personal data such as your name, address details, and ID number, which are verified by a certified credit and identity assessment party.

Wwft (Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act)

Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), customers must be identified, and unusual transactions must be reported. Personal data such as name, address, and ID number are verified by a certified compliance specialist, following strict conditions and applicable laws.
